Who is on site? You should never have to guess.
A QR code at the gate signs your people in and out, checks their induction and document requirements as they arrive, and keeps a live board of everyone on site. When you need to muster, the list is already accurate.

See it work
Run a muster from any screen.
This is the live board for a site. Start an evacuation and mark each person as they are accounted for - on a phone at the gate or a laptop in the office. On a real site the board fills itself from scans; here the names are a neutral sample.

A gate that checks, and a board that tells the truth.
One QR poster per site
Print it once and fix it at the gate. People scan in and out with a phone - nothing to install, no reader to buy, no kiosk to power.
Checked at the moment of entry
Each scan confirms the person's induction is current and their documents are in date. Anyone not cleared is flagged on the spot, not discovered later.
Sign-ins that close themselves
Forgotten sign-outs are why muster lists lie. Sign-ins expire automatically at the end of the day, so the board reflects who is genuinely on site.
Temporary and permanent sites
A week-long road job is as first-class as a depot. Spin a site up, print its QR, and archive it when the work is done - its history stays intact.
Every scan joins the site's permanent record, and each company keeps its own. You see who is on your sites; you never take custody of their data.
