How it works

From signup to a live site in about ten minutes.

No setup calls, no onboarding queue, no waiting for someone to ring you back. The path below is the whole path - most people finish it before the kettle does.

  1. Create your account

    2 minutes

Enter your details and confirm your ABN. Your workspace exists immediately - you are its first administrator.

  2. Set up a site and print its QR

    2 minutes

Name the site, set what it requires of people, and print the QR poster for the gate. Temporary sites are first-class - a road job can live for a week.

  3. Build or pick an induction

    3 minutes

Start from a template or write your own from what you already tell people on day one. Add a short quiz, or a signed declaration for read-and-understood content.

  4. Invite your people and the companies that work for you

    2 minutes

Everyone gets a link. They complete the induction wherever they are, and their certificate follows them to every site that needs it.

  5. Everyone scans in. You see everything.

    from day one

Sign-ins, inductions, forms and documents land in one live picture of your sites - and one permanent record behind it.

Are you ready?

Thirty seconds, four questions, no email asked.

Answer honestly and we'll hand you your first ten minutes, tailored to where you're starting from.

  1. 1. Is your ABN handy?

  2. 2. Do you already have induction content - a folder, a slideshow, a talk you give?

  3. 3. Could you list who needs inducting - your people and the companies that work for you?

  4. 4. Do you know which site you'd start with?

Prefer to skip the questions? The standard first ten minutes
  1. Create your account (you'll need that ABN)
  2. Name your first site and print its QR poster
  3. Set up your first induction
  4. Send the invites
  5. Put the poster at the gate and watch the board

Take the plan to whoever signs things off

A rollout plan you can forward.

Three questions, one PDF. It lays out the order of work, who does what, and what the first fortnight looks like - written so anyone can follow it.

  1. 1. How many people work across your sites - yours and the companies that work for you?

  2. 2. How many sites would you run?

  3. 3. How do inductions happen today?

Questions

The short answers.

What does it cost?

Mandex is free to use. There's no payment step in signup, no card on file, and no feature you'll hit that asks for one.

Do I need IT help?

No. If you can print a poster and forward a link, you can run Mandex. There is nothing to install and nothing to host.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your records stay yours, your people's records stay theirs, and evidence never changes hands - you grant visibility, not custody.

What if a company I work with already uses Mandex?

Even better. You connect to the same record they already hold - their people arrive at your gate already inducted, certificates and all.

The ten minutes start whenever you do.
