What this service is
A training compliance platform. Companies use it to deliver training courses, run quizzes, issue completion certificates, and prove training compliance - including to other companies they work with, where both sides agree.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and mobile number (if your company provides it), supplied by you or your company's administrator.
- Training records: which courses you viewed and when, lesson progress, quiz attempts and scores, declarations you tick, and the certificates and expiry dates that result.
- Activity records: a permanent log of compliance-relevant actions (sign-ins, course assignments, approvals) kept for audit purposes.
What we use it for
Delivering your training, proving compliance to your employer (and, only where your employer's administrator approves a connection, showing your training credentials to the connected company), and keeping the audit trail that training regulations and client contracts require. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who can see what
- Your employer's administrators: your records within your company.
- Connected companies (only after your company's administrator approves): your name, role, and training credentials for the courses they share or require - never your sign-in details, and they can never edit your account.
- Platform operator: manages company workspaces but does not access course content or personal training records in normal operation.
Your choices
You consent before your account is transferred between companies. You can ask your administrator what is shared and with whom (the platform shows them exactly that). For corrections or complaints, contact your company's administrator first; for unresolved matters, a platform contact address will be published here once finalised.
Retention and deletion
Training and audit records are compliance evidence and are retained per our retention policy even after you leave a company. Accounts with no training history can be deleted outright.
